Priyanka Jain

I am a Qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India.

Prior to joining Verlinvest India, I was working with Shreeji Advisory Services Private Limited (SASPL) as a Senior Associate where I handled matters of Company Law and related compliances. Previously, I worked at Essar Power Gujarat Limited (an Essar Power Group Co.) as a Company Secretary handling all Legal and Secretarial Compliance for all the Essar Power Group Companies.

I joined Verlinvest India in May 2022 as Company Secretary and I handle all Company Law and Secretarial compliance issues. I was attracted by Verlinvest’s reputation as a highly professional and dynamic workplace to be in, which values collaboration and creativity. It’s a great organization to work with due to its international workforce and, during my association with Verlinvest, in the coming years, I look forward to having more challenging and rewarding experiences related to cross border compliance.

Aside from my professional goal of achieving continued growth in my career, I also have a special interest in Yoga and Meditation which helps me to maintain a Work-Life balance.
