Axelle Henry

I joined Verlinvest in April 2014 as Chief Financial Officer after 16 years in the GBL Group.

Within the GBL finance team, I took part in the execution of many of the holding’s major transactions, in fiscal and corporate structure optimization for the Group and in public, institutional and bank financing and was responsible for the budget and financial reporting. I became deputy CFO in 2012 and setup the Investor Relations function in 2012.

I started my career at KPMG where I was a Senior Auditor before leaving in 1997.

I am originally from Liège and a commercial engineer from the Solvay Business School (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
